cancellation requests must be submitted at least
24 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellation requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable once the service has been delivered.
If a service cannot be provided due to technical or unavoidable issues
from our side, a refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
No refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction based on predictions,
interpretations, or outcomes, as astrology is subjective in nature.
Processing Time
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within
7–10 business days through the original payment method.
